Handicapped Care Foundation (HCF) is a social and non profitable organization working in the field of disability and health. It has been formed with the aim of creating a 'positive world for differently abled. HCF not only wants to change the lives of differently abled persons, but also wishes to change the attitude of non disabled persons and to put efforts to minimize the disability.
HCF facilitates/provides support on advocacy issues by coordinating with Government/NGOs working for the benefit and welfare of differently abled.

HCF will put every effort for the awareness and proper implementation of many legislative initiatives taken by Government such as RCI Act 1992, PWD Act 1995, National Trust Act 1999 etc. to safeguard the rights of persons with disability. HCF will strive to create a Disabled friendly environment.

Founders:: Handicapped Care Foundation (HCF) was registered as trust, promoted by Mr.Dinesh Malik and Dr.Anjali Malik, is an NGO to help the differently abled people. Mr. Dinesh Malik, a Engineer by profession and an MBA, is a social activist. His mission is to make this world a better, place for differently abled. During his frequent visits to Mewat (Haryana), he observed the pathetic state of persons with disability which inspired him to contribute to this cause, and work for the upliftment of their life.
Dr Anjali Malik, a Reader in the Department of History, Kalindi College, Delhi University, since her college days, has actively participated in events of social cause. She had an inner desire to contribute to the cause of differently abled persons. She wants to help persons with disability to make their own identity.
