 HCF is conducting Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Project. CBR - A joint venture between disabled persons, their families, and the community where they work together in planning, makes decisions, implementing and evaluating CBR within their community, HCF acts as a facilitator only. |

Present Project:-
 |
- CBR Project in Todapur/Dasghara village (Indrapuri) in Delhi with about 210 disabled persons along with their family.
- A CBR Project in Nuh block of Mewat District (Haryana) is being conducted now a days and HCF has adopted 26 villages.

Future Project:-
- An ambitious project viz., Disabled Friendly Society (DFS) with an aim to sensitize the every group of the society is also to be started in future in Delhi.
